Mosque imam Odilkhan Qari arrested

Odilkhan Qari Ismailov, who led the imam in several mosques in Tashkent and is the founder of “Raykhan Family National Dishes,” was arrested as a precautionary measure in two criminal cases. In the first case, he is suspected of crimes such as robbery, fraudulent entrepreneurship, career fraud, and forgery of documents. In the second case, Odilkhan Qari and 5 other people are accused of economic crimes, tax evasion, and forgery of documents.
According to the court decision, Odilkhan Qari and 4 other people were arrested, and 1 person was released on bail. The criminal cases have been considered in the Pop District Court since 2025, with the next hearing scheduled for January 28.

Adilkhan Qori was born in Namangan in 1977 and was an imam-khatib in several mosques in Tashkent, and also worked as deputy head of the "Vaqf" charitable public foundation.
