On the evening of September 25, an explosion occurred at the "zapravka" near the Khankandi-Askeran highway in Nagorno-Karabakh.
Metaxe Hakobyan, a member of the parliament of the unrecognized republic, said that the gas depot where the explosion occurred supplied fuel to people traveling to Armenia.
