More than 200,000 Chinese tourists visited Uzbekistan

In recent years, large-scale reforms have been implemented to attract Chinese tourists to our country. As a result of the reforms, 2025 was declared the "Year of Uzbekistan Tourism in China", and tourism roadshows were held in major cities and remote regions of China. Our country participated in tourism exhibitions in Xi'an, Guangzhou, and Hong Kong with its national stands.

In order to ensure the continuity of relations between entrepreneurs of the two countries, B2B negotiations were organized between more than 500 tour companies, and more than 40 cooperation agreements were signed.

In addition, the introduction of a visa-free regime between Uzbekistan and China from June 1, 2025 has created great opportunities for representatives of the industry. Therefore, 217 thousand tourists from China visited our country in January-October 2025.
