More than 10 thousand violations in the land sector were identified in Tajikistan

Over 700 materials were sent to the prosecutor's office for legal assessment, and almost 500 were sent to the Service for the Enforcement of Collection of Fines

Over the 9 months of 2023, inspectors of the State Committee for Land and Local Authorities identified about 10.7 thousand violations of land legislation.

This was announced at a meeting following the results of nine months of work by the departments of Tajikistan.

It is noted that about 9.5 thousand instructions were given to eliminate the identified violations.

The State Land Committee added that more than 9.2 thousand administrative cases have been prepared.

It is clarified that over 700 materials were sent to the prosecutor's office for legal assessment, and almost 500 were sent to the Service for the Enforcement of Collection of Fines.

There are more violations of land legislation in Khatlon

In addition, over the 9 months of this year, inspectors of the State Committee identified 13 cases of illegal decisions being made by the heads of cities and districts.

Violations in land legislation were also revealed by the heads of Khujand, Varzob, Kushoniyon, Pyanj and Yavan.
