In Egypt, a bus carrying tourists collided with a truck, resulting in 13 deaths and 34 injuries.
The incident occurred on the Cairo–Asyut Western Desert Highway. The impact completely tore off the front section of the bus.
Twenty-eight ambulances were dispatched to the scene, and the injured were transported to hospitals. An investigation into the causes of the accident is underway.
