Mirziyoyev's visit to Kuwait

On February 17, Shavkat Mirziyoyev visited Kuwait at the invitation of the Emir of Kuwait, Mish'al al-Sabah. The President of Uzbekistan and the Emir of Kuwait held high-level talks and adopted a joint statement on the development of comprehensive partnership relations between Uzbekistan and Kuwait. The following documents were also signed:

• Agreement on cooperation in the industrial sphere;
• Protocol to the Agreement on air transport;
• Agreement on cooperation in the labor sphere;
• Agreement on cooperation in the field of building "smart" cities;
• Agreement on cooperation in the field of art and culture;
• Agreement on cooperation in the field of healthcare;
• Program of measures in the field of tourism for 2025-2027;
• Agreement on cooperation with the Kuwait Arab Fund for Economic Development.

During the visit, the President also visited the As-Salam Palace Museum in Al-Kuwait.
