Minor Attempted to “Rob” a Bank inSamarkand
In Samarkand, a masked minor broke into a bank and demanded money from employees. He threatened them, claiming that his black bag contained explosives. The incident was immediately reported to the Samarkand regional security service control center. Rapid response teams arrived at the scene within three minutes and first engaged in remote negotiations with the individual. After the talks, the offender voluntarily surrendered and was detained. No civilians were harmed in the incident. It was revealed that the minor intended to obtain money as a “quick source of income.” A criminal case has been initiated against him under relevant articles of the Criminal Code.
