Migrants in Moscow will be monitored through the "Amina" app

From September 1, migrants arriving to work in Moscow and the Moscow region are monitored through the Amina application. The application monitors the residence address of the migrant and sends the information to the Ministry of Internal Affairs. If this information does not arrive in 3 working days, the migrant will be sent a message with a request to confirm his address or update if it has changed. In the event of a violation of the rules, the migrant is removed from the list and may possibly be included in the “Register of supervised persons”.
The application is mandatory for the installation of labor migrants from Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Moldova and Ukraine. In the future, it will also be possible to make a payment through it and take a queue to the Migration center.
