The Consulate of Uzbekistan sent an official appeal to the Russian Department of Internal Affairs and the prosecutor's Office of the Primorsky Territory. The incident is under investigation with a criminal case under the article "bullying". The consulate and Russian law enforcement agencies took control of the incident.
