Migrants detained in the Russian Federation will return to Tajikistan

Citizens of the republic were kept in the center after a criminal case was opened for organizing illegal migration against the management of a local company

Tajik citizens detained in the case of illegal migration are deported to their homeland.

This was reported in the public council at the embassy of the republic in Moscow.

It is noted that 26 citizens have been in a center for foreigners in the Vladimir region since April 2023.

According to official information, a criminal case has been opened against the company where illegal migrants worked.

It is clarified that the representative office of the Ministry of Labor, Migration and Employment of Tajikistan in the Russian Federation assisted in the decision to return citizens of Tajikistan to their homeland.

The first group of nine people was sent on September 26, the rest will leave for the republic on September 28.

Let us recall that in May of this year it became known that 13 natives of Tajikistan were detained in the Vladimir region in the case of illegal migration.

About 400 people were accused of illegal employment in the Russian Federation.
