A mentally ill woman tried to kidnap a schoolgirl in Tashkent. The incident occurred on February 10 in front of a bus stop on Bilol Nozim Street, Bektemir District. The woman, born in 1990 and regularly receiving treatment at a mental health clinic, approached a stranger, entered into a conversation with a schoolgirl, and after seeing residents of the neighborhood, left. The woman was detained. The incident is being investigated.
