According to the new presidential decree, in the process of marriage registration from December 1, 2025, the registry office does not require a medical examination certificate from those who are going through marriage. Now this information is obtained automatically through interagency information exchange. Also, when the marriage is annulled on the basis of a court decision, a separate document from the citizens does not need to be provided for the formation of a certificate of divorce. These changes are aimed at simplifying public services, reducing excess documentation and bureaucracy.
