Ingredients:
500 g flour
150 ml water
100 ml milk
100 g yogurt
1 teaspoon salt
10 g leavening agent
500 g minced beef
1 onion
a little parsley
black pepper
100 g butter
50 ml vegetable oil
Preparation:
Dough is prepared by mixing flour, water, milk, yogurt, leavening agent and salt in a bowl. The finished dough is divided into four pieces and left to rest for 15 minutes. For the filling, finely chopped onion, minced beef, parsley and black pepper are mixed thoroughly. Then the rested dough is rolled out to the same size. Vegetable oil is added to the melted butter, and between each layer, first oil is spread, then minced meat is spread, and the mixture is poured over each layer. Then, it is left in this state for 10 minutes. The dough is taken out on a tray and made into a flat shape by hand. 1 egg yolk is applied on top. The layered dough is baked in an oven preheated to 190°C until the top is nicely browned.
