Bukhara regional governor Botir Zaripov's statement during a conversation with local officials that private kindergartens "will be buried with a person" has caused widespread discussion on social networks.
According to the regional governor's statement, the video was taken on May 22 during a survey of the construction and repair processes at state kindergarten No. 2 in Bukhara. The governor criticized the illegally opened entrance and exit corridor to the kindergarten and the violation of safety rules, and ordered to immediately eliminate them.
