Matilda Cake 🍰🥰

Ingredients: 320 g flour 600 g sugar 135 g unsweetened cocoa powder 1 tablespoon baking soda 6 g baking powder 9 g salt 3 eggs 13 g vanilla 360 g kefir (or plain yogurt) 165 g vegetable oil 360 g hot coffee For the chocolate cream: 255 g chocolate 20 g butter 240 g heavy cream (liquid cream) 1 teaspoon vanilla A pinch of salt Preparation: First, mix all the dry ingredients together. Then, add the eggs, vanilla, kefir, and oil. Finally, pour in the hot coffee and mix thoroughly. Pour the prepared batter into a pot or deep pan with a lid and cook over the lowest heat for 45–60 minutes. For the cream, warm the heavy cream slightly and add the chocolate. After 2 minutes, mix well, then add the butter and the remaining ingredients. Pour the finished cream over the cake and place it in the refrigerator for one hour. Our delicious Matilda cake is ready!
