Man who poured boiling water on his wife in Kyrgyzstan flees to Uzbekistan

A woman living in the city of Osh, Kyrgyzstan, reported that she was subjected to severe violence by her husband.
According to her, in March, the man poured boiling water on her face twice. After the incident, she fled to Uzbekistan.
The victim, a woman, was at the reception of the mayor of Osh, asking for practical help in finding and punishing the culprit. She said that she was treated in the hospital for 27 days and that during this time she did not receive any help from her husband or his relatives. While in the hospital, the woman reported to the internal affairs bodies, but even the internal affairs officer who promised to find the man was of no use. The woman also said that the man has not been caught for 3 months.
