Man who complained to the Internal Affairs Directorate about Trump was fined

Earlier, an audio recording of an Uzbek citizen complaining to the Internal Affairs Directorate about Trump was circulated and caused widespread discussion. He drunkenly called the Tashkent City Internal Affairs Department and reported that US President Donald Trump had kidnapped Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro. He also said that he lives in the White House.
The Bektemir District Criminal Court assessed his actions as an unfounded call to the special services and a violation of public order, and found that he had failed to comply with legal requirements. The man admitted in court that he was drunk and did not remember the nature of his actions. He was found guilty under Article 199 of the Criminal Code and was fined 3 times the minimum wage (1.23 million soums).
