On July 6, at 10:30 p.m., a 28-year-old man touched a stranger's back at the Seoul Mun park in Chilanzor district, insulting her honor and dignity.
The case was heard in the Chilanzor district court. The man fully confessed to his guilt, expressed remorse for his actions, and was sentenced to 5 days of administrative detention.
