Man rescues boy from drowning in Dushanbe
A 12-year-old boy fell into a strong current in a ditch during heavy rain in Dushanbe. He was trying to get his ball when he accidentally fell into the water. A man who saw the incident immediately rushed to help and rescued the boy from the current. The incident was also recorded on surveillance cameras. The Interior Ministry later awarded the man the "Courage" medal for his courage and quick action.
