A 61-year-old man in the Turkish city of Karabuk has claimed to be “Jesus Christ.” He scrawled “Christ,” “Prophet,” and other graffiti on the roof and railings of his house. After neighbors complained, police and security guards arrived at the scene and demanded the graffiti be removed. The man said in a statement that he had been making the claim for years and that he had received a “revelation.”
“They tried to smear me by bringing out false Christs. This is not a joke. I am ready to go wherever you call me. God has sent me a revelation,” he said.
