Man in Samarkand detained while transporting brother-in-law’s body in a sack

On the morning of August 24, the heads of the “Navbog‘chiyon” and “Bo‘ston” neighborhoods in Samarkand noticed the suspicious behavior of two individuals and reported it to law enforcement. A man and a woman were pushing a baby stroller toward a cemetery, inside which a sack was found containing a body.

The investigation revealed that the man had killed his brother-in-law and was attempting to hide the body in the cemetery. Law enforcement officers uncovered the crime. Neighborhood heads Adham Rahimov and A’zam Ostonqulov were awarded badges of honor for their vigilance.
