Man in Japan kills boss over bonus dispute

In Japan, a man stabbed his boss to death after becoming dissatisfied with the size of his annual bonus, The Japan Times reports. According to police, 45-year-old Masahiro Yamanaka worked as a sales manager. During questioning, he confessed to the crime and said he had been unhappy with his relationship with his employer, Akihiro Kawashima, especially over the bonus issue.
Investigators say Yamanaka entered the victim’s apartment, first sprayed insecticide in his face, and then stabbed him several times in the thigh and neck.
The investigation is ongoing.
