Man in Brazil Hits and Drags Ex-Girlfriend with Car

A 31-year-old woman was hit and killed by her ex-boyfriend in Sao Paulo, Brazil. The man dragged her for about 1 kilometer in the car. A video of the incident went viral on social media. The woman lost both legs as a result of the incident and is currently in critical condition.
A criminal case has been opened and the man has been arrested.
