Man fined for throwing stones at animals in the zoo
A man was fined 2.884 million soums for throwing stones at lions and porcupines at the Tashkent Zoo.
The incident occurred on August 13, when the man visited the zoo with his children. He threw stones at the lions and porcupines, and some of the stones struck the animals. One of the man's children also mimicked his actions.
After a video of the incident circulated on social media, the man was summoned to the Department of Internal Affairs. An administrative report was drawn up against him, and he was fined 2,884,000 soums.
