Man brutally assaults his wife in Kashkadarya
A man in the city of Karshi, Kashkadarya Region, brutally assaulted his legally married wife, inflicting serious bodily injuries.
Authorities said the couple had a history of recurring domestic disputes. In an effort to prevent further incidents, the local mahalla "seven" community group had previously carried out preventive measures. These included issuing the woman a protection order and installing a security alarm system with an emergency alert button in their home.
Despite repeated warnings and preventive interventions, the domestic conflicts continued.
A criminal case has now been opened, and a preliminary investigation is underway.
