Man arrested for disturbing neighbors with knife in Tashkent

A video of a man walking with a knife in the hallway of a multi-storey building in Tashkent has spread on social networks, causing concern. 
It was reported that on January 5, at around 01:35, a citizen born in 1984, while intoxicated, knocked on his neighbor's door in one of the houses in Yashnabad district, violating public order. He was illegally carrying an object that could be used as a cold weapon in a public place. Internal Affairs officers took prompt action and detained the citizen. An administrative report was drawn up against him under the relevant articles, and an administrative detention order was imposed on him based on a court decision. No official information was provided about the other person who was with him in the video.
