Major Sewer Pipe Burst in Yakkasaray
July 3, at a construction site in Tashkent’s Yakkasaray district, a ground collapse occurred due to damage to a major sewer pipe. According to the district administration, a technical malfunction caused the pipe to break, leading to subsidence and collapse of part of the ground surface. No casualties were reported. Specialists are currently working at the site to fix the malfunction and restore safety in the area.
