Mahalla chairman dies after leaving meeting in Fergana

After reports spread on social media that a mahalla chairman in the Furqat district of Fergana region had died after being reprimanded by the khokim, the district khokim responded to the situation.
It was reported that at the meeting held on June 18, instructions were given to the mahalla chairmen, and although the meeting was held in a critical spirit, the district khokim Elyorbek Asronkulov did not use abusive language.
Sharifjon Abdullayev, the chairman of the “Kaldushon” mahalla, left the meeting due to his deteriorating health. After his condition worsened in the courtyard, an ambulance was called and he was taken to a medical facility, but doctors were unable to save him.
