Officials of the Tajik department discussed with representatives of two airlines the issue of advertising and promoting the sights of Tajikistan.

The German side, in turn, expressed interest in expanding

interactions.

Thus, they were motivated to get acquainted with history and culture, nature, tourism infrastructure and types of tourism, including mountain and health tourism, as well as resorts.

Recall that the number of tourists who visited Tajikistan in 2022 increased by 3.4 times compared to 2021.

According to the Statistics Agency of Tajikistan, the total turnover for 12 months amounted to 1.2 million people.

Previously, such figures were reached only a year before the outbreak of COVID-19, when 1.3 million foreigners visited the country.
