Living space in Turkmenistan has increased by almost a quarter over the past 10 years

Over the past 10 years, the housing stock of Turkmenistan has increased by 24.5%. During this period, the number of residential buildings increased by 12.4%, apartments - by 23.6%. Such indicators are given by the newspaper "Turkmenistan".
It is reported that in the first half of 2023, 1.4 million square meters of living space were put into operation, including 244.4 thousand in rural areas under the National Rural Program.
During the first six months of this year, a number of residential facilities were put into operation in Turkmenistan for residents of the Buzmein and Kopetdag districts of Ashgabat, the administrative centers of the country's regions.
