Liability for multiple ballots

Now, the members of the election commission or the commission holding the referendum will be held responsible for those who gave the ballot to a citizen several times or to vote on behalf of other persons.

Also, an addendum was introduced to the Central Election Commission, which provides for administrative liability for failure to submit an interim or final report or failure to submit it on time, or for deliberately providing incorrect information in the report. The law shall enter into force from the date of its official announcement.
