Liability for illegal use of drones has been eased

According to the law signed by the President, the illegal use of drones is first administratively and then criminally responsible. First, direct criminal responsibility is established.
If such an act is committed for the first time, the person shall pay a fine in the amount of 10 to 20 times the BHM (from 3 million 400 thousand to 6 million 800 thousand soums).
If such an action is repeated, a fine of 25 to 50 times the BHM (from 8 million 500 thousand to 17 million soums) will be paid, and correctional work, restriction of freedom, deprivation of freedom may be imposed for up to 3 years.
The law will enter into force 3 months after its official publication.
