"With this draft law, the Code of Administrative Responsibility includes changing or making a copy of the international, unique identification code of a mobile device or the identification module of a subscriber's device in violation of the legal documents, violating the legal documents in the field of crypto-asset circulation and Additions are being added to the law, which provide for administrative responsibility for illegally carrying out May's activities," he said.
The deputy noted that specific norms related to the crime of extortion will be included in Article 165 of the Criminal Code.
After discussions, the draft law was adopted in the third reading.
