Ingredients:
700 g beef
300 g onion
1 kg tomato
50 g butter
2 pieces of layered patir
200 g kurut
Preparation:
First, cut the meat into thin slices and fry in butter. Then, cut the layered patirs on a plate. Place our salad made with tomatoes, onions, and basil on top of the sliced patirs. Then, mix the kurutobs well with water, bring them to a more liquid state, and pour over the salad. Finally, put the meat on top of the kurutob and add a little butter. Now you can serve!
