Ingredients:
250 g minced beef
half an onion
1 tablespoon yogurt
1 tablespoon milk
1 teaspoon salt, black pepper, hot pepper and basil
2 pieces of lavash dough
Preparation:
To prepare the first donar, grate half an onion and squeeze out the juice thoroughly. Add onion juice, yogurt, milk, salt, black pepper, hot pepper and basil to 250 g minced meat and mix well. Then, divide the minced meat into 2 parts and place on parchment paper. Cover the top with paper again and spread it thinly between the two sheets of paper. Once the minced meat is spread, remove the top paper. Divide the minced meat parchment paper into 4 pieces. Then, grease the bottom of the pan with a little butter and bake the donar with the paper side up. The donar will shrink slightly when cooked and will easily separate from the paper. Remove the paper and fry all the donar well in 1 tablespoon of butter. Then, spread tomato sauce on the pita bread dough and top with meat, french fries, and grilled bell pepper. Finally, wrap the pita bread and cook on a pan until both sides are browned. Our pita breads are ready!
