Ingredients:
1 kg beef
400 g onion
3 tbsp vegetable oil
30 g butter
2 tbsp tomato paste
0.5 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp flour
Preparation:
First, cut the meat into pieces and fry with the onion until browned.
Then, add salt, pour water into the pot until the meat is submerged and simmer for 40–45 minutes over low heat. In a separate pot, fry the tomato paste well in a little vegetable oil and butter. Then add sugar and salt. Finally, add the flour and fry again. The finished sauce and some greens are put in a boiling pot and boiled for a while. Our delicious goulash is poured over mashed potatoes and served.
