Lesotho becomes 166th country to establish diplomatic relations with Uzbekistan
On March 27 of this year, a joint communiqué on the establishment of diplomatic relations between Uzbekistan and Lesotho was signed in New York.
It is noted that this document was signed by the Permanent Representative of Uzbekistan to the UN Ulugbek Lapasov and the Head of the Lesotho Mission to the UN Matete Nena on behalf of the governments of the countries. The parties also agreed to continue bilateral relations in the search for mutually beneficial areas in the political, trade-economic and cultural-humanitarian spheres. For information, the Kingdom of Lesotho is the 166th country to establish diplomatic relations with Uzbekistan.
