Ingredients:
2 kg lemons
2–3 oranges
3 cups sugar
Preparation:
First, thoroughly wash the lemons and oranges. Then, peel the fruit. Mix the lemon and orange peels with the sugar. Cut the lemons and oranges into pieces and blend them until smooth. Blend the sugar-coated peels as well. Combine the blended peels and fruit, then strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve. Finally, pour the mixture into ice cube trays and place them in the freezer. To serve, put the frozen lemonade cubes into a glass and pour in cold water.
