Lemon dessert

We want to please you with a lemon dessert suitable for the summer season. Do not forget to write down this recipe in your notebook. Ingredients needed: 🥛 200 g of cream; 4 tablespoons of sugar; 🍶 3 tablespoons of citric acid; 🥄 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel; 🥄 1 teaspoon vanillin; 🍋 3 lemons. 👩🏻‍🍳Preparation: 🥣Put cream, sugar and grated lemon peel into the pot. 🫕Stir a little until it boils, after boiling, continue stirring for another 3-4 minutes. The sugar will dissolve and the cream will thicken. Remove the mixture from the gas stove and mix with citric acid and vanillin. 🍋If you don't want the lemon peel in the mixture, pass the cream through a sieve. Wait for 1-2 minutes to cool. 🥄 We put the prepared cream on the lemon peel and keep it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. 🍽If you don't want to serve lemon peels, you can use any dishes you like.
