On April 27, at the Palace of the Nation, the Founder of Peace and National Unity, the Leader of the Nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, dear Emomali Rahmon, received Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation Denis Manturov.
During the meeting, various issues of strategic partnership between the two countries, including cooperation in the industrial sector, were discussed.
The President of the country, Dear Emomali Rahmon, expressed satisfaction with the level of bilateral cooperation between Tajikistan and Russia, as well as relations between our countries within the framework of international and regional organizations.
During the meeting, the sides discussed a wide range of issues of cooperation between the two states in promising trade and economic areas, especially industry and the implementation of major investment projects, active cooperation through the creation of industrial parks in free economic zones.
One of the promising and fruitful areas of relations was cooperation in the mining, metallurgical, oil refining, electrical engineering, textile, food, pharmaceutical industries and in the production of building materials.
It was pointed out the importance of creating joint ventures in the textile industry, a single production chain, the development of the cotton, leather and wool processing sector with the involvement of Russian investments and technologies.
During the meeting, the parties had a fruitful conversation on other topics of mutual interest.
