In July, it was announced that the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) intends to expand cooperation with Uzbekistan. Since March 2023, the Bank has approved 3 credit lines in the amount of 415 million dollars without state guarantee as part of the implementation of projects in the energy sector.
