Kyrgyz businessmen visited Iran and Dubai. Agree on cooperation

The Chamber of Commerce and Industry organizes visits of business delegations to different countries so that our businessmen can find new partners and expand their business. This was reported by the press service of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Last week, a group of businessmen visited Iran and Dubai. Iran has the port of Bandar Abbas, through which it is possible to supply products from Kyrgyzstan and re-export to other countries. The Kyrgyz delegation headed by the President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic Temir Sariyev and representatives of 42 companies visited the annual exhibition IRAN EXPO – 2023. As a result of the visit, several contracts were signed and new partners were found.

The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Kyrgyzstan has opened its representative office in the UAE, as many Kyrgyz companies actively cooperate with companies from Dubai and continue to find new markets. The representative of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic in Dubai is Aziz Surakmatov, and in Abu Dhabi - Almaz Kenenbayev. During the visit, the Kyrgyz delegation met with representatives of the Dubai Chamber to continue developing business relations. The Kyrgyz delegation also visited free economic zones. Businessmen studied the possibilities for working in the free economic zones of Dubai and the UAE, including preferences and conditions for registering companies.

"Particular attention is paid to Dubai Global Connect, a new project of the Dubai government, which allows foreign companies to open production facilities, representative offices and joint ventures. Within the framework of the project, there is also a permanent exhibition, which presents goods and products produced on the territory of the DGC. This platform provides opportunities for meetings with potential partners, negotiations and holding various exhibitions. Such trips will continue in the future, as the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic is interested in conquering the markets of different countries of the world and attracting investment to Kyrgyzstan," the report says.
