Kokand healer sentenced to 10 days of administrative arrest

Iqbol Soliyev, popularly known as a “bionur” practitioner, has been sentenced to 10 days of administrative arrest for repeatedly violating legislation on traditional medicine. This was reported by the courts of the Fergana region.
According to a ruling by the Kokand City Criminal Court dated December 17, he was found guilty under Part 3 of Article 59-5 of the Code of Administrative Liability, which provides for a fine or up to 15 days of administrative arrest for repeated offenses.
It was revealed that Soliyev had previously been fined 7.5 million soums in January 2025 for a similar violation. His certificate issued by the Uzbekistan Association of Traditional Medicine expired in December 2024.
