A doctor from Kokand, Iqbol Soliyev, has been detained in Azerbaijan. The country's Ministry of Internal Affairs reported this to local media.
According to reports, he was receiving patients at the BI-ES VIP clinic in Baku and offering to treat them with his own method. The number of people coming to the clinic has increased, and it is said that long queues have formed in front of the clinic.
According to Qafqazinfo, Soliyev claimed to treat patients with bio-light and charged 60 manats (about 430 thousand soums) for the reception.
Earlier, in December 2025, he was imprisoned for 10 days for violating the legislation on folk medicine in Uzbekistan.
