The leader of North Korea, Kim Jong-un, traveled by train to Russia, where he is going to meet his Russian counterpart, Vladimir Putin. This was reported by "RBK" with reference to South Korean mass media.
According to sources, the North Korean leader left Pyongyang by train for Russia on September 11, where he is scheduled to meet with Putin. Kim Jong Un is said to be nearing the border now.
In addition, the meeting between the two leaders is expected to take place on September 13. A source in the Russian delegation confirmed the information. The Kremlin also confirmed that the North Korean leader will visit Russia based on Putin's proposal.

Earlier, it was reported in Washington that the leader of North Korea will go to Russia in the next few days, meet with President Vladimir Putin and discuss the issue of supplying weapons to Moscow.
According to reports, Kim Jong-un, who rarely travels outside of North Korea, may travel to Vladivostok by armored train and meet with Putin as part of the Eastern Economic Forum, which will be held on September 10-13.
