“Khorezm Pilaf” International Festival!
On December 14, the “Khorezm Pilaf” International Festival took place at the Arda Khiva tourist complex.
As part of the event, 25 chefs from Khorezm, Tashkent, and Samarkand prepared 9 tons of pilaf in a giant cauldron, setting a national record! 🏆
