Kazakhstan and four other countries to send troops to Gaza

Indonesia, Morocco, Kazakhstan, Kosovo and Albania have announced their participation in the International Stabilization Force in the Gaza Strip. This was announced by the commander of the structure, Major General Jasper Jeffers.
The international forces will be deployed in the southern Gaza city of Rafah and will train police officers. The number of soldiers each country will send was not disclosed. According to the plan, the mission will consist of 20 thousand soldiers and 12 thousand police officers will be trained. Egypt and Jordan have also pledged to train police.
More than 20 state delegations attended the first meeting of the Peace Council, held in the United States on February 19. The meeting also discussed projects for the reconstruction of Gaza.
