Kazakh blogger Aruzhan Aybekova, who previously filmed a prank in which she acted inappropriately toward men in the Tashkent metro, has been charged with petty hooliganism. The case materials have been sent to court.
According to reports, she had engaged in similar behavior before and had been warned but failed to learn her lesson.
