Kabul drug treatment clinic bombed: more than 400 people killed
On March 16, several airstrikes were carried out on a drug treatment clinic in the Afghan capital, Kabul.
The Taliban claimed that Pakistani airstrikes on Kabul destroyed a drug treatment clinic, killing 400 people and wounding 250 others. Pakistan denies this, and according to an official statement, the strikes were only on Taliban military facilities. A hospital guard said he heard the sounds of aircraft patrolling the sky before the attack.
Earlier, it was reported that tensions between Pakistan and Afghanistan had reached the level of "open war", and Pakistan carried out airstrikes on several cities in Afghanistan, including Kabul.
