Judge who stuck out his tongue at a journalist

In chimkent, a video of a judge releasing his tongue to a journalist at a hearing was widely circulated and provoked discussion.  The press service of the Chimkent court reported that an investigation into the situation had begun. If a judge is found to have violated the code of conduct, the case is referred to the jury.
Language production in Tibetan culture is considered a greeting sign, but this is not the case in Kazakhstan.
